Meeting Schedule

Cleveland's City Planning Commission (CPC) meets on the first and third Friday's of every month, and are conducted as hybrid meeting (in person and virtual) in accordance with Ohio's Open Meetings Laws as amended by Sub. H.B 19 7. We will be utilizing the WebEx platform, and livestreaming the meetings to our YouTube Page.

The City Planning Commission is advised by several neighborhood-based design review committees. The schedule for all design review meetings is below, and more information on the local design review committees can be found here.

Virtual Meetings

The Cleveland Planning Commission meets in person at City Hall AND virtually via the Webex streaming platform. CPC meetings will also be live streamed on YouTube. The links for the live streams will be available before the meeting.

In order to keep the WebEx session to a manageable size we are asking individuals that wish to virtually participate in the meeting to contact the Planning Commission office by phone or email (email is preferred). Those individuals not planning to comment on any agenda item during the WebEx session are encouraged to view one of the live streams.

We ask that you include the name of the project you plan to comment on when requesting access to the WebEx meeting.

Any and all community members may provide their written comments, thoughts or questions regarding the projects presented to the committee for review and approval. All comments, thoughts or questions must be submitted to the committee administrator no later than 48 hours before the day of the presentation.

For those interested in attending planning commission meetings in person, please remember that a government ID is required to enter City Hall.
