Puritas Senior Apartments
Puritas Senior Apartments is a proposed new 48-unit senior housing development located on Puritas Avenue in Cleveland. This project is situated in a neighborhood that has long faced a shortage of affordable housing options for seniors and has not seen new affordable housing development in over 20 years. In partnership with Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc., Puritas Senior Apartments will offer holistic, service-oriented housing for seniors, providing a wide range of health, wellness, and socialization services for its residents. The development will serve seniors aged 55 and older with incomes ranging from 30% to 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). On-site amenities will include a fitness center with senior-specific equipment, a community room with a kitchenette, laundry facilities, and enhanced security for both the building and the site.
