This project will help renovate the May Dugan Center facility, which will enable the organization to provide more services to the community and serve more people. The renovation costs include GC Staff. Supervision and Fee. General Conditions, GL Insurance & CAT Tax, General Demolition, Shoring & Temporary Support, Building Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel and Steel Railings, Millwork, Metal Standing Seam Siding, Interior and Exterior Wood Paneling, ACM Siding, Caulking and Joint Sealants, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Coiling Doors, Aluminum Windows, Storefront, Doors, Automatic Door Openers, Metal Stud Framing, Carpentry, Insulation, Drywall, Resilient Flooring and Carpeting, Painting, Operable Partitions, Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets, Fireplace Insert, Window Blinds, Bike Racks, Elevator Modernization, Plumbing Systems, HVAC Systems\, Electrical and Fire Alarm, Asphalt Pavement Patching and Traffic Marking, Site Concrete, Sitework, and Monument Sign Base.
