In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Cleveland and CMHA’s Environmental Review of Walton Senior are now available for public comment. The following project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds:
Walton Senior, located at 3517 Walton Avenue, Cleveland OH 44113, will produce 52 units of senior housing in a newly constructed building. The estimated total cost of the project is $18,888,290 and will include $7,377,600 of funding through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
This project is housed in the Bureau of Housing Development and the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority.
