In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Ohio Department of Development, City of Cleveland and CMHA’s Environmental Review of Hough Senior Independent Living are now available for public comment. The following project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds:
Hough Senior, located at East 89th and East 90th St, Cleveland OH 44103, will produce 55 units of senior housing in a newly constructed building. The estimated total cost of the project is $19,095,831 and will include $1,000,000 of HOME funding from the State, $630,124 of HOME from the City of Cleveland, and $500,000 of HOME funds from Cuyahoga County through the HUD HOME Program.
This project is housed in the Ohio Department of Development as the Lead Responsible Entity with the City of Cleveland being a consulting Responsible Entity.
The environmental review records (ERRs) for this project is available upon request at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Ave or with the Ohio Department of Development.
