In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Cleveland, and Cuyahoga County’s Environmental Review of Depot on Detroit are now available for public comment. The following project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds:
Depot on Detroit at at 10300 Detroit Ave, Cleveland Ohio, 44102, will produce 60 units of housing that will serve families who have incomes below 60% AMI. HOME funds have been awarded to this project in the amount of $1,464,330 from the City of Cleveland and $500,000 from the County. Total project cost is currently estimated to be $19.2M.
This project is housed in the Department of Community Development, at the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County Office of Housing and Community Development.
