Programs begin June 1st and early registration is encouraged.
CLEVELAND — May 13, 2026 — Mayor Justin M. Bibb and the City of Cleveland Department of Parks and Recreation are excited to announce that registration for the 2026 Summer Programs is now open. Residents of all ages are invited to explore a wide variety of recreational, educational, and community activities, as part of Summer Soundtrack taking place throughout the summer season.
In collaboration with community partners across the city, we are bringing together a wide range of safe, supportive, and engaging opportunities designed to help young people and families grow, explore, and thrive. This year’s lineup includes youth sports leagues, summer camps, swim lessons, arts and crafts workshops, senior activities, and special community events designed to bring families and neighbors together.
“We are excited to offer residents free programming throughout the summer, providing opportunities for individuals and families of all ages to stay active, engaged, and connected in their neighborhoods,” said Alexandria Nichols, Director of Parks and Recreation. “We encourage our residents to explore the wide variety of activities and programs available at their local recreation centers and parks. From Senior Summer Walks to Summer Soundtrack for school-aged youth, there are meaningful opportunities for every generation to stay involved all season long.”
Programs will begin June 1st and run through August 14, 2026. Many activities have limited capacity and early registration is encouraged. Access to the full range of the City’s Summer Programming is completely free. Residents can view the full summer activity guide and register through the City’s online catalog.
