The City of Cleveland is committed to creating safe, trusted community spaces where residents and families can connect with free resources, support, and guidance. Our Social Support Specialists are available in Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers across Cleveland to listen, help residents navigate challenges, connect them with resources, and work alongside families and community partners to support a better quality of life.
