The Right of Way Permitting and Enforcement Section issues permits and ensures compliance of standards of the City’s Right of Way (ROW). The Right of Way typically includes sidewalks, treelawns, curbs, aprons, and streets.

ROW Permitting and Enforcement can issue citation and violation notices to property owners or businesses concerning damaged or non-compliant sidewalks, aprons, curbs, and treelawns.
