The Division of Accounts maintains the City’s financial accounting records and facilitates the timely payment of the City’s liabilities. 

In addition, the Division serves as the collection point for all payroll data and monitors the processing of the City’s payrolls and related reports.

The Division of Accounts processes the encumbrances of contracts, provides accurate and timely payroll data, and processes the payments to City vendors.
