Public Notice – Notice of NOI-RROF for Gateway 66

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and CMHA’s Environmental Review of Gateway 66 are now available for public comment. The following project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds:

Gateway 66 at the intersection of East 66th Street and Linwood Avenue, will produce 80 units of affordable housing in a mixed income community in a newly constructed building. The estimated total cost of the project is $26.8 million and will include $4,500,000 of funding through the City, County, and is under consideration for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

This project is housed in the Bureau of Housing Development, Cuyahoga County Office of Housing and Community Development, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority.
