In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Cleveland's Department of Community Development's Environmental Reviews of the 2026 Single Family Home Repair Tiers.
The following programs have been reviewed and are requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds: Furnace Replacement, Repair-a-Home, Model Block, and Senior Homeowner Assistance Program. The estimated total cost of these programs is $17,446,484 and will include $2,800,000 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and $2,574,685 of HOME funds. These programs will be administered by the City's Bureau of Residential Improvement, and service eligible homes within the City of Cleveland. Full details are available in the document below.
