In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County's Environmental Review of MidTown Lofts (also known as "Mingyue Place") is now available for public comment. The following project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds:
MidTown Lofts will be located at 3301 and 3338 Payne Ave. this project will involve the demolition of a vacant commercial building at 3301 Payne Ave and the construction of 2 buildings with low-income housing. The MidTown Lofts building at 3338 Payne will provide ground-level commercial space, as well. The estimated total cost of the project is $47,533,450 and will include $1,400,000 of City of Cleveland funds and $500,000 of Cuyahoga County funds.
