The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), in partnership with the City of Cleveland and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is proposing the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at Michael Zone and Sterling Recreation Centers.

Proposed Locations:
- Michael Zone Recreation Center – 6301 Lorain Ave., Cleveland, OH
- The proposed installation includes four Level 2 EV chargers in one of the Michael Zone Recreation Center parking lots. Installation will take 1–2 days, with access maintained to the Center. Measures will be taken to minimize disruptions and restore any disturbed areas.
