Public Combined Notice – Notice of FONSI and NOI-RROF for Buckeye Apartments Over Retail

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Buckeye Apartments Over Retail project is now available for public comment. The project has been reviewed, and the City is requesting public comments on the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and the Notice of Intent to Request for Release of Funds (NOI-RROF).

This project is managed by the Bureau of Housing Development within Community Development.

This project will service the City of Cleveland community in accordance with HUD goals and objectives. The project will increase the availability of safe and affordable housing & commercial spaces within the City of Cleveland’s Buckeye Neighborhood.

The environmental review record (ERR) for this project is available upon request at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Ave or at https://cpd.hud.gov/cpd-public/environmental-reviews.
