A draft copy of the Department of Community Development’s 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available for public review. The CAPER summarizes the City’s progress in meeting the goals outlined in the 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan by outlining how federal funds were allocated and spent during the 2024 program year.
The Department of CD will accept comments on the CAPER until Thursday, August 28th by email at janderson2@clevelandohio.gov, or by phone at 664-4000.
