Cleveland residents with the Illuminating Company are invited to attend a virtual information session to learn about the City's electricity aggregation program. 
 
 
Explore the program benefits, rates, how to enroll, and learn how to read your electric bill! 
 
 
The session will be hosted by the Mayor's Office of Sustainability. The presenters will include the Northeast Ohio Regional Director for SOPEC who will discuss the details of the electricity aggregation program and upcoming rate changes, along with a representative from the Ohio Consumers' Counsel. The OCC represents Ohio’s residential consumers in matters related to their investor-owned electric, natural gas, telephone, and water services and they educate consumers about utility issues that affect their bills and quality of service.
