
Taneisha Fair’s social services background created a passion for RDEI and advocacy. She is a Cleveland resident serving as a Racial Equity Associate at The Center for Community Solutions. In this role, she helps to advance and cultivate DEI strategies for internal operations and community engagement initiatives. She has also developed expertise in qualitative applied research and facilitation.
Taneisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Nonprofit Management from Kent State University. Her passions were a catalyst for her current pursuit of a dual Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration degree.
In the community, she serves as a Board Member of Enlightened Solutions, a nonprofit social advocacy think tank, and as a member of Cleveland's Mental Health Response Advisory Committee (MHRAC). When she has spare time, Taneisha loves traveling, exploring her city, and enjoying nature.
