Kathryn Hall Biography

Kathryn M. Hall is the Corporate Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for JACK Entertainment. Kathryn has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is passionate about helping others and deeply committed to the community. She is regarded as a leader in nontraditional approaches to inclusion and supplier diversity. She is frequently sought out for her expertise locally and nationally. Kathryn has been employed at JACK Entertainment for two years. Kathryn is actively involved in the community and serves numerous organizations including Board Chair for Step Forward; Member of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland; The Woman of Color Foundation; The Commission on Economic Inclusion; The UNCF of Northeast Ohio Leadership Council; the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association; CentroVilla25 Host Committee; 2023 Career Woman of Achievement Host Committee and the Legacy Champion Committee for the BPACF. She was recently added to the Engagement Committee for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance. Hall graduated from Cleveland State with a Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Diversity Management. She is also a Certified Diversity Professional. Kathryn received her Executive Coaching Certification from Weatherhead School of Management. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace University. Kathryn was named as one Crain’s Cleveland Business Notable Executives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in 2022. In 2021 Hall was one of the YWCA of Greater Cleveland Career Women of Achievement. She is also a proud member of the United Way of Greater Cleveland Equity Leadership Council addressing diversity and inclusion challenges across Northeast Ohio. She was recently featured in Phenomenal Woman Magazine. Hall was also designated as one of Cleveland’s Most Interesting People in the 2023 Edition of Who’s Who in Black Cleveland. She was recently named the 2024 Community Difference Maker by Motivated and Empowered Inc. Hall was recently appointed by Mayor Justin Bibb as the Chairwomen of the Inaugural City of Cleveland Commission on Black Women and Girls. A Cleveland Native, Kathryn is an avid sports fan, a proud lifelong Cleveland Browns fan and Cavaliers season ticket holder for more than 20 years. When she is not cheering on her hometown teams, Kathryn enjoys music, collecting fine art and traveling.
