
Currently serving the City of Cleveland’s Mayor’s Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity for Youth and Young Adults as the Director of Social Support Services. Ms. Cash has been successful in creating a resource collaboration of community agencies and partnerships to assist in the implementation and uplift of this work, which is invaluable to the community in which we serve. The City has demonstrated a long-term commitment to residents, working to create safe spaces in our Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers where families can access free resources and support services while at all times utilizing a trauma informed care approach and healing engagement - The QFICC Model (Quality , Fidelity , Integrity , Continuity & Consistency) is also important in this work in securing the foundation. Through her visionary leadership and dedication to community advocacy, Ms. Cash continues to make significant contributions to the field of social work, positively impacting countless lives through her professional and volunteer endeavors.
With over 30 years of exemplary experience in social work, Eugenia Cash has established herself as a high-performing individual with a deep understanding of mental health operations across various settings involving children, adults, and families. Her career has been marked by successful leadership roles, particularly in fostering resource collaborations among community agencies to support Cleveland and Cuyahoga County Communities.
