Traffic Advisory: West 85th Street Bridge Project

Notice of Bridge Closure on West 85th Street between Madison Avenue and Franklin Blvd

CLEVELAND – Beginning Monday, December 14, at 7:00 AM, maintenance work will begin on the West 85th Street Bridge between Madison Avenue and Franklin Boulevard. The bridge will be closed for a minimum of 15 days. Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from crossing the bridge on West 85th street.

Northbound traffic will be detoured onto Madison Avenue towards West 77th Street and then onto Franklin Boulevard. Southbound traffic will be detoured onto Franklin Boulevard towards West 77th Street and then to Madison Avenue. Advance notice signs will be posted to advise traffic of construction. This maintenance work is scheduled for completion by January 2016.
