Cleveland Browns Stadium (Facility Maintenance)

The objective of this program is to provide the general public with a clean, safe, and secure public facility for holding annual sporting events, music shows, and other special events, and to monitor compliance with the terms of the lease of the stadium (rent, taxes, revenue, maintenance).

The City of Cleveland owns the Stadium and leases it to the Cleveland Browns Organization, which is responsible for daily operations. Event parking ranges between $5 and $25.
The Stadium is available for rent for other events and seats 73,200. Tours are scheduled April to November, Mondays through Fridays 10 am - 3 pm.

This gated off-leash dog park at West 11th and Clark is approximately one acre. Fresh water and shade are available, and the park includes benches and trees. Friends of Clark Field maintains the park.

This program manages the Community Development properties which are not currently under development, but are being operated as public parking lots. It also oversees and monitors parking at Gateway and Cleveland Hopkins Airport. It implements security for all parking facilities.

This program enforces parking regulations, and installs and repairs parking meters. It evaluates the parking needs of the City and proposes regulations to provide for rapid curb turnover and to increase the supply of available on-street parking.
