Division of Property Management
This division is responsible for the maintenance and utility servicing of all city owned or leased real property and buildings including:
- City Hall, Public Auditorium and Conference Center, and West Side Market
- Energy Conservation & Management
- Property Management
- Building Maintenance and Custodial
Construction services including general maintenance, warehouse and inventory, contracted services, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and mechanical work. Building Services including custodial, space utilization energy, environmental affairs, security and control, City Hall building and multi-use facilities.
Graffiti Removal Program
On City-owned buildings, roads, guardrails, bridges and docks: 216.661.2510 - Weekdays 7 am to 3:30 pm
On Recreation Pools/Pool Houses: 216.420.8200 - Weekdays 8 am to 5 pm
This program ensures removal of city-wide graffiti by City employees and volunteers. It enforces anti-graffiti ordinances and educates the public, especially children and community groups about the negative aspects of graffiti.
