A permit is required for the new construction of a private swimming pool containing more than 1,500 gallons of water or that is deeper than two (2) feet.
Requirements
Four copies of the construction plan are needed, and may require an Electrical Wiring and Systems Application Permit.
The Department of Building and Housing will circulate plans to other City departments when additional reviews are required.
