City of Cleveland COVID-19 Vaccine Sites

Cleveland Department of Public Health will administer the COVID-19 vaccine at multiple locations throughout the City. We are now offering vaccines for children ages 5-11.  Also, flu and monkeypox vaccines are available at both health centers.  View the flyers below for details about upcoming vaccination opportunities.

  • East 66th Street Resurfacing Improvements

    On September 17, 2019, the City will begin the East 66th Street Resurfacing Project from Hough Avenue to Lexington Avenue. Advance notice signs will be posted to advise the public of road improvements.

  • Chatfield Avenue Resurfacing Improvements

    On September 19, 2019, the City will begin the Chatfield Avenue Resurfacing Project from Rocky River Drive to West 151st Street. Advance notice signs will be posted to advise the public of road improvements.

  • Several GIS Maps Display Local Information

    These maps give a better understanding of issues and trends and support awareness and better decision making. They include capital improvements, crime data, EPA regulated facilities, routing, and more.

  • Financial Exploitation Seminar Available Online

    The City of Cleveland Departments of Finance, Aging and Public Safety presented a workshop in the Rotunda about methods of criminal operations and preventative measures for financial crimes targeting the elderly. A recording of the seminar is now available online.

  • Monthly Keycard Payments for City Parking Lots Can Now be Done Online

    Monthly Keycard payments can be paid online for parking at the Gateway East Garage, Lakefront Municipal Parking, and Willard Park Garage. There is a convenience fee associated.

  • Free Care Calls Program for Cleveland Seniors

    Cleveland Care Calls is an automated telephone reassurance system being offered to Cleveland Senior Citizens by the Departments of Aging and Public Safety. Through this computerized system the senior receives a call, on the days they request, to check on their well-being. This program is available to all seniors and is especially ideal for those living alone.

  • Age-Friendly Cleveland Videos Now Available on the Website

    The Department of Aging and TV20 have produced an ongoing series of videos on various senior-related topics of interest to the community.  These videos are now available on the City website.

  • Plankton Fund Gives Dogs Second Chances

    The Plankton Fund was created in response to the heartworm positive dogs that come into the Cleveland Animal Care and Control (CACC) that have limited options due to the cost of heartworm treatment

  • City of Cleveland Launches Safe Smart CLE LED Conversion Initiative to Make City Safer, More Efficient and More Sustainable

    As part of Mayor Frank G. Jackson's Safe Smart CLE program, existing streetlights will be replaced with new energy-efficient LED technology including adaptive control photocells. The project will not only improve the quality of light throughout the City but will also help lower its carbon footprint, providing improved health and safety for our citizens.

  • Lost and Found Pet Listings

     Current lost and found pet listings for the City of Cleveland can be found on Petango. Those looking for lost pets are asked to NOT solely rely on this website. This site is simply one tool to assist owners when they can't visit the kennel. Otherwise, they are asked to come as often as possible, preferably daily but at least once every three business days. It is the owner's responsibility to come in person and look through the kennel.

  • Animal Protection League Trap-Neuter-Return Program for Stray Cats and Kittens

    Feral and free-roaming cats are the largest contributors to the cat overpopulation crisis. Those caring for strays are invited to take advantage of APL services! For only $10 the program includes spay or neuter surgery, ear-tipping, rabies vaccination, and FVRCP vaccination. Humane traps are available for $5.

  • Mass Notification System Provides Critical Information to Clevelanders, Visitors

    The City of Cleveland has announced the launch of a mass notification system that will provide critical emergency and non-emergency alerts to residents and visitors. The City encourages all residents, visitors, and businesses to sign up for the system known as CodeRED.

  • City Recreation Volunteer Openings Available Year-Round

    The Division of Recreation is seeking volunteers. Recreation center volunteers enrich the community in several areas including the arts, sports, education, and mentoring. These generous individuals are from diverse backgrounds and include people of all ages from recent graduates seeking practical experience, to retirees with spare time to share.
