Juvenile Justice Center
Mayor Frank G. Jackson gave brief remarks and provided words of encouragement to 30 youths participating in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Please Juvenile Division program held at the Juvenile Justice Center on Quincy Avenue in Cleveland. In addition, Mayor Jackson toured the facility, which incorporates intervention and diversion programs for participant to improve their quality of life.
