CLEVELAND – “I want to congratulate Steven Dettelbach, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, and wish him all the best as he moves to the next level in his career. I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for Steven and his team here.

The City has enjoyed a good working relationship and I consider him a great partner. This partnership included work on the VGRIPs, STANCE, and crime reduction efforts in multiple fronts including gang suppression activity and a strong push toward reducing guns falling into the wrong hands.

Ultimately, his partnership with the City of Cleveland led to a cutting edge consent decree with the Department of Justice that would not have been possible without him.”
