Flats East Bank

As part of the Flats East Bank redevelopment project and the revitalization of downtown Cleveland, an official ribbon cutting celebration on Old River Road in Cleveland was held to boast Flats East Bank’s 23-story office tower, a state-of-the-art fitness club, and a sustainable architecturally designed hotel along with 14 restaurants and entertainment venues as well as 241 luxury Flats at East Bank Apartments.

Mayor Frank G. Jackson; Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish; City Council President Kevin J. Kelley; and, Cleveland City Councilman Joe Cimperman (Ward 3) gave brief remarks at the ribbon cutting in celebration of the Flats East Bank Opening of Phase II.

The Flats East Bank Opening of Phase II will help attract businesses and visitors to Cleveland, stimulates the City’s economic growth, and fosters job creation. The Flat East Bank’s waterfront live-work-play environment will also help increase residency as it becomes an entertainment destination. The renaissance of the Flats East Bank project planning efforts is still underway for Phase III.
