Summer Leadership Academy

Nineteen high school juniors and seniors participating in the Look Up to Cleveland (LUTC) Summer Leadership Academy were accompanied by program mentors for a meet and greet with Mayor Frank G. Jackson in the Red Room at Cleveland City Hall. 

Mayor Jackson gave brief remarks about effective leadership, the importance of education and his career experiences.

Look Up To Cleveland Summer Leadership Academy is a one-week summer leadership development program that offers students hands-on leadership training and exposure to Cleveland and its leaders. Look Up To Cleveland’s program is designed to develop and enhance students’ leadership skills while fostering an appreciation for the Northeast Ohio community in which they live.
