Residential Resurfacing Program
As part of the City of Cleveland Five Year Capital Improvement Program and based on Pavement Management Ratings, operations for the $7.5 million residential resurfacing began on East 123rd Street between Buckeye Road to Imperial Avenue in Cleveland. The City of Cleveland Chief of Operations Darnell Brown and Director of Public Works Michael Cox announced that over 80 residential streets will be resurfaced this year. The streets that received a pavement rating of 50 to 60 percent score made the list for the streets with the worst pavement concerns.
