Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Notification of Availability for Public Review

The Department of Community Development is in the process of preparing the 2021-2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) including a report on affordable housing activities, for submission to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on Monday August 29, 2022. The CAPER details how the City of Cleveland spent Federal funds between June 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022.
