Glenville Court Ribbon Cutting

On Jan. 9, the Glenville Neighborhood Resource & Recreation Center’s newly refurbished basketball court was unveiled by the Cleveland Cavaliers organization. The Cavaliers, who have upgraded several centers in the City of Cleveland, replaced existing wood on the court with new finishing and graphics; they also painted the walls.

Those in attendance heard remarks from Director of Public Works Michael Cox, Council President Kevin J. Kelley, and a Cavaliers official. After the ribbon cutting ceremony, local youth had the opportunity to participate in a basketball clinic and other activities.
