Tree Trimming

Youth from the City of Cleveland’s 22 Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers gathered in the City Hall Rotunda to participate in the Annual Tree Trimming Ceremony on Dec. 4. At the celebration, local youth helped to decorate Christmas trees, enjoyed milk and cookies and joined Mayor Frank G. Jackson and Santa Claus for holiday photos. Attendees also enjoyed a performance by the Division of Recreation Singing Ensemble, Cudell Fine Arts Center and the Fairfax Center.

This year’s Christmas tree was donated to the City of Cleveland by Nic and Sara Maier.
