Halloran held its annual Winter Frolic. Participants received a free picture with Santa, went ice skating, and enjoyed hot chocolate, popcorn and cookies.  There were arts & crafts tables where participants could make an ornament to place on the memory tree under the gazebo. They also made cute pretzel snowman treats that they decorated with frosting and were able to eat!
