Go Red for Women
The Cleveland Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the American Heart Association (AHA) teamed up for their annual Go Red for Women event at Cleveland City Hall.
The event featured free health screenings, heart health information and vendors aimed at promoting a heart-healthy lifestyle. Healthy food samples were also available for participants. Remarks were given by Chief of Public Affairs Natoya Walker-Minor, Councilwoman Jasmin Santana, CDPH Director Merle Gordon, AHA representative Julie Spendal and Dr. Dina Sparano of UH Cleveland Medical Center.
