Senior Produce Distribution

The City of Cleveland has teamed up with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank (GCFB) to provide monthly free fresh produce distributions at Sterling Recreation Center in Asia Town. The City’s Community Relations Department and Department of Aging coordinated the event with GCFB to meet the growing need of senior citizens in need of fresh produce.

In addition to its nutritious food offerings, the City has coordinated with volunteers to provide translation services in Mandarin and Cantonese. The public is invited to bring their bags and IDs to Sterling at 1380 East 32nd St. on the first Wednesday of each month from 2-4 p.m.
