Residents, supporters, employees, family and friends gathered at Cleveland City Hall to witness the historic fourth inauguration ceremony of Mayor Frank G. Jackson.

Mayor Jackson was sworn in before a standing room only crowd by The Honorable Patricia A. Blackmon, Judge, Court of Appeals of Ohio, Eighth Appellate District.
During his speech, Mayor Jackson – the city’s 56th mayor – touched on core challenges that need to be collectively addressed in his new term. These include education, economic development, economic empowerment and public safety.
