Mayor Frank G. Jackson and the new French Consul General met at Cleveland City Hall. They had a discussion about the celebration for Cleveland’s 10th year as a sister city for Rouen, France in 2018. Others at the meeting include representatives from the French American Chamber of Commerce and Cleveland City Hall.
