Taiwanese Nursing Students

Mayor Frank G. Jackson met with thirty Taiwanese nursing students on Wednesday, July 12th. Most of the students were from Cleveland’s Sister City, Taipei, Taiwan. The students are in Cleveland as part of an exchange program with Case Western University. They were interested to learn about what Mayor Jackson does day to day in his official capacity. When asked why they wanted to meet with Mayor Jackson specifically, one of the women responded, “We like to meet with the person in charge!”
