Fisher House Ribbon Cutting

Cleveland residents, military servicemen and veterans celebrated the opening of the Greater Cleveland Fisher House in the Glenville neighborhood on June 11. The Fisher House Foundation builds comfortable housing where military and veteran families can stay free of charge while their loved ones receive medical care.

Lori Stokes, daughter of Congressman Louis Stokes, welcomed attendees to the ceremony. Remarks were given by Mayor Frank G. Jackson, Ward 9 Councilman Kevin Conwell, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, Deputy Chief Patient Care Services Officer Lisa Pape and Chairman and CEO of Fisher House Foundation Ken Fisher.
