News Advisory: Deadline to Submit a Permit Application for Food Service Operations During the RNC is June 30th

CLEVELAND – Any vendor wishing to conduct food service operations during the 2016 Republican National Convention must submit an application for a temporary food event permit by Thursday, June 30th. This application is a requirement for all vendors who wish to conduct food service operations anywhere within the City of Cleveland.

The Cleveland Department of Public Health must conduct food safety and health inspections on all vendors prior to their operation. Regardless of location, all food service vendors must submit an application if they plan on doing business in the City of Cleveland.
