Healthy Living Demo for Women’s History Month

The City of Cleveland hosted Chef Yolanda Ramos and Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach Rhonda Sharpley at a Healthy Living Demo. The pair led the audience through a live healthy cooking demo and breathing/meditation exercise for a calm and focused mind. The event was held in the City Hall Rotunda as part of the City of Cleveland’s Women’s History Month event lineup.

Cleveland Department of Public Health is the local public health agency for the City of Cleveland. 

Formally established in 1910, the department is charged with improving quality of life by promoting healthy behavior, protecting the environment, preventing disease, and making the City a healthy place to live, work, and play.
