NEW TIME: Mayor Frank G. Jackson Hosts Virtual Press Conference Today at 2 p.m.

CLEVELAND – Due to Vice President Joe Biden’s Cleveland event today, Mayor Jackson’s virtual press conference has been moved to 2 p.m. Mayor Jackson, Police Chief Calvin D. Williams and Director of Public Safety Karrie Howard will hold a virtual press briefing to discuss the City’s preparedness for the upcoming General Election.

The press conference will be broadcast on the City of Cleveland Facebook page and media may input their questions into the comments section. We will prioritize media questions at this time. Please include the name of your outlet when you post the question.

If media would prefer to send in their questions via email, they are welcome to send them to no later than one hour prior to the press conference start time.
