CLEVELAND – “The City of Cleveland is pleased that the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court has upheld many provisions of the city’s recently enacted gun and weapon regulations and gun offender registry. As we continue to combat gun violence in our city, it is crucial that we equip law enforcement with the regulatory authority needed to keep guns off the street and out of the hands of criminals.”
