City of Cleveland Announces Joint Meetings to Review Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters Proposal

The Cleveland City Planning Commission will be holding several Special Joint Committee & Commission Meetings of the Landmarks Commission, Cleveland City Planning Commission, Downtown Flats Design Review Committee and Historic Downtown Cleveland Design Review Committee. The intent of the meetings is to review the concept proposal for the new Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters Facility. The Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters proposal will be presented for the first time on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. View the concept proposal and application.

The meetings dates are as follows:

  • Concept presentation Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 9 a.m.
  • Schematic presentation Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 2 p.m.
  • Final presentation Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 2 p.m.

In accordance with Ordinance No. 482-2021 and Section 101.021 relating to open public meetings, as well as new occupancy Constraints and Security Requirements, meeting proceedings will be livestreamed on Youtube and on TV20. The agenda for each meeting and a meeting link will be posted on the Cleveland Planning Commission website 10 days prior to each meeting.  Members of the public will be able to provide written comment and ask questions in a written format via the Commission website. Sherwin-Williams will provide responses to questions subsequent to each meeting presentation.
