Overview
The Division of Financial Reporting and Control is the centralized accounting function for the City of Cleveland. The Division performs cash and investment reconciliation, maintains control of the City’s accounting software and ensure information is precise and correct, prepares and issues required financial reports, and issues accounting policies and procedures for all departments and divisions.
